Shipping policy

We ship within the continental United States and offer free in-store pickup at James’ Jewel Box. We do not offer local delivery, including delivery within city limits.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $10. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only; expedited shipping remains $25.

Standard orders normally ship within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is $25. Expedited orders receive priority processing and ship as soon as possible. Expedited shipping does not guarantee overnight delivery.

If you have a tight deadline, please text us at 502-538-6528 before ordering so we can confirm whether your item can arrive on time.

Free in-store pickup

Pickup orders are normally ready within 1 business day. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.
